You've got some permanent infrastructure in place, but some areas where it's all duct tape and short-term fixes.

You've got the beginnings of a team, but you're still picking up the slack.

You're too big to rely on farmers markets alone, but too small to make wholesale pencil out.

Your customer base is growing, but not fast enough.

Breaking Down the Profitability Wall

Most regenerative farms hit a wall when they're ready to scale, and it's rarely a production problem.

You know you're there when...

You're not surviving, not thriving—just somewhere in between, stuck in the growing pains.

If this is starting to sound like an autobiography, the Business Intensive is for you.

What It Is

Two days behind the scenes at

Farm on Central.

This isn't a conference or a workshop where you sit in a room and take notes. You'll be on the farm—walking the operation, asking questions, and workshopping your specific challenges alongside a small group of serious farmers.

Every intensive is kept to 12 people so there's enough time to dig into each farm individually. You leave with a real plan, not just ideas.

Breakfast and lunch are included each day.

This event isn't designed for large-scale wholesale operations or farms that primarily raise livestock. The content and workshopping is built specifically around direct-market vegetable and fruit farms.

About the Host

I know what it's like to build a farm

—and watch it fail.

In the early 2010s, I was running Kilpatrick Family Farm in upstate New York with a solid team, doing over $500,000 in annual revenue on just 15 acres. Then I met Savannah, married her, and stepped down to move closer to her family in Ohio.

We left Kilpatrick Family Farm in the hands of our team—which ran it into the ground within a year.

Savannah and I had to start completely over. New state, new property, new customers. It was stressful, but it turned out better than we could have dreamed. Because we had years of experience behind us, we built Farm on Central with a clear vision from day one—and our revenue far bypassed Kilpatrick Family Farm within just a few years.

Today, Farm on Central is a thriving regenerative operation in Carlisle, OH. We grow vegetables, run a farm grocery store, ship plants nationwide through our online store, and host u-pick strawberry seasons. The Business Intensive is my way of pulling back the curtain and sharing exactly how we did it—so you can do it too.
